Oluwole Tewogboye OKEWANDE, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Linguistics and Nigeria Languages, Faculty of Arts, University of Ilorin with 26 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience.

He has served as a Level Adviser and Exam Officer at the Department of Linguistics and Nigeria Languages in the Faculty of Arts. His areas of research interest cover Yoruba Oral Literature, Culture, and Stylistics.

He has to his credit over Seventy Publications in reputable outlets covering journals, and chapters in books. He is currently supervising postgraduate dissertations.
